This is a hybrid role, working 2-3 days a week at Madhive HQ in the Financial District of New York City.

What you'll do:

  • Develop solutions that deliver critical data-driven insights and decision metrics proactively and at scale.

  • Manage multi-tiered team of BI/Data Analysis professionals, providing feedback in a timely manner to help advance their skill sets

  • Participate in cross-functional teams whose members include Sales, Client Success, Revenue, AdOperations, and Finance.

  • Provide transformational thought leadership for analytics including advanced data modeling, predictive modeling, and analytical techniques.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Engineering Enablement:

  • Defining platform KPIs and driving embedded analytics features.

  • Build and maintain models that analyze pacing, delivery, frequency capping, and bidding strategies.

  • Provide attribution insights across channels to inform full-funnel performance strategies.

Executive & Business Intelligence:

  • Creating dashboards track client adoption, feature utilization, campaign efficiency, and monetization trends.

  • Deliver strategic insights that inform go-to-market plans, pricing, and roadmap prioritization.

Workflow & Operational Analytics:

  • Optimizing campaign handoff processes and identifying automation opportunities.

Sales & Marketing Collaboration:

  • Supporting sales with pre-sales data and providing marketing with campaign insights.

  • Build tooling that helps reps communicate platform value using performance and trend data.

Customer Success & Media Strategy Support:

  • Developing client-ready reporting and campaign intelligence reports.

  • Partner with CS to turn complex data into digestible narratives that support upsell and renewal conversations.

  • Designing self-serve tools, training materials and visualizations for clients.

Strategic Client Engagements:

  • Join key client conversations to present insights, forecasts, or custom research.

  • Provide vertical-specific intelligence (e.g., CPG vs. Auto vs. Retail) to support tailored media and sales strategies.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or scientific field (Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, etc.) or equivalent experience

  • 8+ years of analytical experience in quantitative and statistical analysis; demonstrated proficiency in applying this experience to address business problems and to aid decision making

  • Prior experience creating and monitoring success metrics, performing experiments, and effectively communicating results. Adtech/Programmatic experience preferred.

  • Significant proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as SQL/R/Python.

  • Must have expert level experience with standard analysis tools and ability to create presentations conveying compelling data-driven stories to all levels of the company

  • Experience with business intelligence (BI) and analysis tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)

  • Excellent critical thinking skills and proven track record with presenting complex data-driven insights to stakeholders at all levels including senior and executive leadership

  • Must possess a 'can-do' attitude, motivated by the opportunity to have significant and measurable impact on the business.
