The Senior Director of Revenue Cycle will significantly contribute to Mayo Clinic's Revenue Cycle initiatives, developing strategies and leading operations to optimize performance. Responsibilities include collaborating with leadership, managing personnel and system-wide initiatives, ensuring compliance, and maintaining budget adherence. The role requires proactive leadership, strategic planning, and excellent communication skills to interface with various stakeholders and drive continuous improvement.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in business or related field with at least 10 years of healthcare experience, including 8 years in a major healthcare system or consulting. Preference for candidates with prior director-level experience, a Master's degree, healthcare certifications, and expertise in healthcare management, operations, and change management. Proven ability to lead teams, facilitate change, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders is essential. Experience in revenue cycle, laboratory services, and strategic development is preferred.
