Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a senior analytics leader to own data infrastructure and drive strategic analytics. You will oversee data pipelines into Snowflake and Power BI, ensuring accuracy and enterprise-scale scalability while guiding executive decision-making.

You will manage 6+ direct reports, mentor talent, and partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Product to align metrics and business decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in financial data and analytics or related fields.
• Proven experience managing teams of analysts and managers with enterprise-scale datasets.
• Advanced SQL skills and strong experience with BI tools, particularly Power BI.
• Experience with data warehousing platforms like Snowflake; programming in Python or R.
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts applied to analytics and automation.
• Expertise in predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and identifying drivers of performance.

• Lead operational & financial metrics: Oversee reporting on KPIs like churn, signed accounts, and performance metrics; partner with underwriting and finance on deal evaluation.
• Build scalable systems & automation: Design future-proof data models, automate manual processes, and maintain data integrity.
• Lead a high-performing team: Manage 6+ direct reports across Data Analysts and Managers of Data & Analytics; set priorities, mentor talent, and elevate team capabilities.
• Cross-functional partnership: Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Product teams to align on metrics, reporting, and business decisions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in financial data and analytics or related fields
