Landing Point is seeking a Senior Director of Asset Management to lead an 800+ location retail real estate portfolio in the United States. You will shape asset strategy, maximize portfolio value, and drive performance across acquisitions, renewals, and tenant negotiations.

The role requires deep experience in finance and real estate, with a track record in the fuel, convenience, or QSR sector, and a proven ability to lead teams and communicate with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, real estate.
• 10+ years real estate asset management and transaction experience.
• Proven contract negotiation skills.
• Experience in fuel, convenience, or QSR industry.

Responsibilities

• Execute asset-level and portfolio-wide strategies to maximize value.
• Lead Retail Real Estate Asset Management function.
• Oversee lease, sublease, renewals, and amendments.
• Curate tenant mix at travel plazas and lead negotiations with QSRs and other retailers.
• Oversee CAM, real estate taxes, insurance, utilities, and reimburseable expenses.
• Evaluate acquisitions and leases for new developments.
• Identify potential property dispositions.
• Lead negotiations with owners, landlords, tenants, and brokers.
• Conduct complex financial analyses and underwriting.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for strategic decisions.
• Establish asset management processes and performance metrics.
• Develop recommendations and presentations for senior leadership.
