Jill's House seeks a Director of Respite Care to lead the Respite Care Coordination Team and oversee intake, care planning, scheduling, and regulatory compliance. You will partner with senior leadership to develop scalable processes and improve care outcomes for families served.

The role emphasizes people development, process improvement, and cross-team collaboration to ensure high-quality, thoughtful respite services for children and adults with disabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in healthcare, disability services, human services, or a related setting.
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience.
• Experience working with children and/or adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Respite Care Coordination Team.
• Oversee client intake and care coordination processes.
• Strengthen systems and program operations for efficient respite care.
• Support compliance and quality through regulatory alignment and documentation.
