• Provides strategic leadership and direction for the Respiratory Care department.
• Manages daily administrative, fiscal, and clinical activities.
• Develops and monitors departmental policies and performance objectives.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and accreditation readiness.
• Performs staff evaluations and supports professional development.
