Centre College invites applications for a Residence Life Director who will supervise Residence Directors, oversee the housing program, and partner with Facilities Management to maintain safe, welcoming living-learning environments campus-wide.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s Degree in Higher Education Administration or related field, with at least five years of residence life experience, strong budgeting, crisis response, and a record of inclusive staff development.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s Degree in higher education or related field.
• Five years of full-time residence life experience.
• Experience at a private liberal arts college setting preferred.

Aufgaben

• Supervise and support the Assistant Director and Area Coordinator of Residence Life & Housing.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding and retention for professional and student staff.
• Create and maintain an overall strategic plan for housing and residential life.
• Ensure learning outcomes through programming and assessment.
• Plan and conduct RA selection and training.
• Oversee housing occupancy management processes and room assignments.
• Develop, manage, and oversee department budgets.
• Provide crisis counseling referrals and support as needed.
