Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum 7 years’ relevant work experience.
• Advanced knowledge of sponsored research regulations.
• Supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of research administration and financial operations.
• Lead a team of grants managers and partner with faculty and central offices to support full lifecycle of funded programs.
• Oversee pre-award activities including budgeting, guidelines, cost sharing, and compliance.
• Oversee post-award financial management including reporting, salary allocations, and reimbursements.
• Establish and maintain internal controls, compliance, and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with HMS offices and external partners to ensure program success and alignment with policies.
