Job summary

Enfinity Global, a multinational developer, owner, and operator of renewable energy assets, seeks a Digital Site Development Director to lead site identification, assessment, and development across the U.S. renewable portfolio.

You will coordinate with digital infrastructure partners, drive screening methodologies, entitlements, and commercial structures from initial opportunities to executed framework agreements, contributing to climate-positive growth.

Qualifications

• Substantive experience in renewable IPP development and digital infrastructure siting.
• Multi-market grid experience across PJM, MISO, ERCOT, or SERC, with interconnection screening.
• Track record converting late-stage development assets into commercial transactions.
• Established relationships with hyperscale and colocation development teams.
• Experience building systematic screening and analytical tools for portfolios.
• Ability to present to investment committees and institutional partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a multi-criteria site screening and ranking process across the U.S. portfolio.
• Translate site rankings into a prioritized development action plan and entitlement strategy.
• Lead commercial engagement with hyperscalers, colocation operators, and enterprise tenants from intro to term sheet.
• Structure energy and digital commercial interfaces including VPPA, BTM, and hybrid arrangements.
• Support M&A and capital formation through due diligence and partner presentations.
• Build in-house tooling, databases, and repeatable development processes.
• Scale the offtake and RFP organization as volume and U.S. presence grow.
