Job summary

Enfinity Global is growing its U.S. footprint with a Digital Site Development Director who will lead site identification, assessment, and development across the renewable portfolio.

The role requires steering multi-market siting decisions and coordinating with digital infrastructure partners to advance sites to commercial execution. The ideal candidate brings substantive experience in renewable IPP development, grid interconnection analysis, and complex transaction structuring, including M&A and

Qualifications

• Substantive experience in renewable IPP development and digital infrastructure siting.
• Multi-market grid experience across at least two markets including interconnection screening and transmission evaluation.
• Track record of converting late-stage development assets into commercial transactions (M&A, offtake, build-transfer, JV).
• Established relationships with hyperscale and colocation site selection teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-criteria site screening and ranking across the U.S. portfolio.
• Translate rankings into a prioritized development action plan with entitlements and permitting focus.
• Lead commercial engagement with hyperscalers and enterprise tenants from initial site intro to framework agreements.
• Structure energy and digital commercial interfaces (BTM offtake, VPPA, utility sleeve, or hybrids).
• Support diligence, investment committee prep, and capital formation efforts.
