• Lead vendor relationship management including contracts, SLAs, invoicing, governance.
• Consolidate decentralized programs into a centralized workforce deployment model.
• Oversee deployment and scheduling of company employees to meet demand and utilization.
• Lead evaluation and implementation of workforce tech and automation solutions.
• Develop reporting, analytics, and dashboards for labor deployment activity.
• Lead and develop workforce deployment team members with performance management.
• Manage vendor performance and compliance; advise on expansions or consolidations.
• Serve as strategic partner to leaders on deployment strategy and execution.
