Iovance is seeking a Lifecycle Leader to shape and execute the program strategy for its tumor infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) cell therapy platform across multiple indications globally. You will lead cross-functional teams to align development milestones and drive strategy from discovery through commercialization.

In this high-impact role you will collaborate with executive leadership and SMEs to establish best practices, manage risks, and ensure decisions align with corporate goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in a scientific discipline required.
• 15+ years in biopharma with 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Deep knowledge of drug development processes from clinical phases to commercialization.

Responsibilities

• Develop cross-functional program vision.
• Oversee program milestones and coordinate across Development, Commercial, Regulatory.
• Collaborate with leadership and SMEs to establish best practices.
• Facilitate decision-making and manage risks.
• Ensure alignment with company strategy and define disease area strategy.
• Advocate internally and externally and ensure effective communication.
