About the role:

The Senior Director of GTM Recruiting will lead Samsara’s efforts to attract and hire exceptional sales and support talent globally, supporting over 600 hires annually. This strategic role requires leadership, business acumen, and expertise in scalable recruiting processes. You will ensure quota-carrying roles are staffed efficiently and act as the global contact for executive leadership to align recruiting strategies.

This is a remote position open to candidates residing in the US.

In this role, you will:

• Lead and develop a high-performing recruiting team.
• Partner with leadership on talent strategy and market insights.
• Use data to inform decision-making and improve hiring outcomes.
• Establish KPIs focusing on headcount, time-to-fill, quality, diversity, and cost efficiency.
• Drive diversity initiatives and hiring goals.

Minimum requirements:

• 12-15 years in sales recruiting, with 5+ years in leadership.
• Experience managing high-volume sales recruiting teams.
• Strong understanding of GTM organizations and sales methodologies.
• Proven ability to scale quota-carrying teams.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders.
• Data-driven decision-making skills.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

Base salary range: $153,440—$274,000 USD, with total compensation including bonuses and RSUs. We value performance and offer above-market equity refresh awards for top performers. Benefits include health coverage, remote work flexibility, charitable contributions, and more.
