Qualifications

• Experience with Argus Enterprise and Microsoft Excel; ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing real estate valuations for litigation, portfolio analysis and financial reporting.
• Conduct market analyses and develop cash flow projections for real estate assets.
• Utilize CoStar/CompStak subscriptions and related data in valuation processes.
• Prepare expert reports and valuation deliverables in compliance with USPAP.
