The Senior Director, Asset Management at The Martin Group of Companies, LLC will own day-to-day execution of the business plan for each assigned property in an Oakland, CA portfolio. You will drive operating and financial performance, coordinate with third-party managers, lenders, brokers and vendors, and translate asset results into lender and investor reporting.

• 5+ years of multifamily asset management and/or operations experience with ownership of asset-level performance.
• Experience overseeing third-party property management across a multi-site portfolio.
• Strong financial acumen across property-level financial statements, NOI, cap rates, debt structures.

Responsabilidades

• Own and execute the business plan for each assigned property and track performance.
• Collaborate with third-party managers on operating strategies to maximize NOI and asset value.
• Lead lease-up execution on new assets and monitor occupancy, concessions and rent cadence.
• Support annual budget process and prepare asset valuations for investor reporting.
• Ensure compliance with loan documents and regulatory requirements across the portfolio.
