Antech Diagnostics seeks a Senior Director of Program Management for Research & Development to lead a cross-functional PMO, manage a dynamic portfolio, and drive on-time, on-budget delivery across a complex matrix organization.

Required are 15+ years in R&D project management, a strong grasp of stage-gate processes, and leadership across multidisciplinary teams, with a focus on innovation and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or engineering field; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years in R&D project management, biotechnology/engineering/tech industries preferred.
• Strong understanding of R&D processes and stage-gate methodologies.
• Experience leading cross-functional, matrix teams and delivering on schedule, scope, and budget.

Responsibilities

• PMO leadership and infrastructure to mature a disciplined R&D PMO.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers for the R&D portfolio.
• Co-lead cross-functional project teams and provide guidance throughout the lifecycle.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure project success.
• Provide status updates to stakeholders and collaborate with external partners as needed.
• Oversee budgets and resource allocation to meet financial constraints.
• Ensure quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement of processes.
• Implement PLM tools to improve design history and continuity.
• Participate in special assignments and uphold ethical standards.
