Antech Diagnostics is seeking a Director of Program Management, Research & Development to lead a team of project managers across budgeting, planning, execution and oversight of an innovative R&D portfolio. You will deliver projects on time, within scope and budget in a cross-functional matrix environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or engineering field; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of R&D project management experience.
• Strong understanding of stage-gate processes and governance.

Aufgaben

• Lead PMO infrastructure and disciplined R&D PMO.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, risk registers, and budgets for the R&D portfolio.
• Co-lead cross-functional project teams, guiding and supporting throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project status, milestones, and decisions to stakeholders and leadership.
• Manage budgets and control costs to meet financial targets.
