Zusammenfassung

Med-Scribe, Inc., a mission-driven behavioral health organization in the Finger Lakes region, seeks a Senior Director of Quality Assurance to drive agency-wide QA and compliance strategy. You will lead a team of QA professionals, partner with program leadership on data-driven improvements, and participate in rotating on-call coverage to support quality initiatives across programs.

This is a high-impact leadership role with access to executive leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Senior leadership directing QA across multiple programs.
• Experience with NYS regulatory bodies (OASAS/OMH/DOH) preferred.
• Strong data analysis and performance monitoring skills.
• Ability to mentor a team of QA professionals.

Aufgaben

• Lead the QA work plan, audits, compliance tracking and QA improvements.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (OASAS, OMH, DOH) including incident oversight and reporting.
• Supervise and mentor a QA team of 6–8 direct reports.
• Collaborate with program leadership to analyze data and guide best practices; participate in rotating on-call.
