Eviction Defense Collaborative (EDC) in San Francisco seeks a Senior Director of Programs to strengthen performance, learning, and staff development across the organization. The role oversees RADCo, the Data Division, and program reporting to meet funder requirements and organizational goals.

Leading organizational learning, evaluation, and cross-department collaboration, you will drive continuous improvement and staff growth, aligning program quality with mission and fiduciary requirements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in nonprofit program leadership or related field.
• At least 3 years of significant management and supervisory experience.
• Experience overseeing complex programs and translating organizational strategy into operations.
• Experience using data and performance measures to evaluate programs and improve service delivery.
• Experience developing organizational learning or staff training initiatives.
• Strong analytical, organizational, project-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate across departments and disciplines.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic and operational oversight of RADCo, SCA and the Data Division.
• Directly supervise and support the Director of RADCo, Director of SCA and Data Program Manager, setting goals and accountability.
• Ensure programs operate effectively, efficiently, and aligned with contracts and policies.
• Partner with program leadership to monitor service delivery, caseloads, staffing, workflows and outcomes.
• Identify operational challenges and implement sustainable improvements.
• Support annual program planning, budgeting, goal setting and performance management.
• Collaborate with the Executive Director and senior leadership to translate strategy into measurable program goals.
• Lead organizational learning and evaluation initiatives and develop staff training plans.
