Congruex in Denver seeks a Senior Director, Program Management to lead a nationwide telecom engineering and construction program management function. You will unify operations, standardize processes, and drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering, construction, and client teams to deliver programs on time and within budget.

Ideal candidates have 10–15 years in program or project management in engineering/construction, with 5+ years in senior leadership establishing PM functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in a relevant field.
• Master’s degree preferred and may substitute for some experience.
• 10–15 years in program/project management within engineering/construction, plus 5+ years in a senior leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute program strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring cohesive and efficient large programs.
• Provide leadership in planning, initiation, and execution of multiple concurrent projects within a program.
• Ensure programs meet strategic goals, client requirements, and drive cost efficiency.
• Lead and mentor a team of project managers and cross-functional leaders.
• Ensure clear objectives and accountability for each project within the program.
• Foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate engineering and construction operations to deliver unified experiences.
• Oversee on-time, on-budget project delivery and quality standards.
