- Lead IT strategy and project management for a portfolio of BD/M&A projects (acquisitions, divestitures, restructuring, factory expansion, etc.), collaborating with Business Development, Supply Chain, IT HQ, and cross-functional teams to execute IT deliverables in alignment with BD priorities.
- Manage processes, resources, and systems to enable financial commitments and ensure accurate pacing for a multimillion-dollar budget.
- This requires close coordination with Fulfillment IT program teams, Sourcing, and Finance for effective planning, purchasing management, and change management.
- Drive processes and outcomes for Power IT oCIO priorities including annual budget planning (CapEx & OpEx Programs, RTS, R&D), application simplification planning and tracking, AMS/run governance, and Lean priorities (Capital Allocation Hoshin, Sustainable Productivity Hoshin, Kaizen events).
- Establish and continuously improve operating rhythms for the Fulfillment IT organization, including staff meetings, all-employee meetings, and financial and operational reviews, to ensure appropriate focus on goals and objectives while fostering an inclusive environment where everyone can contribute to their fullest potential.
- Ensures the team has the facilities, tools, resources, and skills needed to deliver on commitments while tracking ongoing execution and delivery.
- Lead cross-discipline teams to establish an integrated plan to deliver team commitments
- Ensure ongoing communication of progress against program objectives
- Maintain effective working relationship with business leaders, stakeholders, users, and partners to integrate programs into overall strategic objectives.
- Partner with shared technical and business resources to effectively deliver and support solutions.
- Effectively communicate (i.e., status, issues, and escalations) to leadership and other various levels of the organization
- Share technical, procedural, and business knowledge with others.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of experience in information systems, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, or Engineering or considerable years of IT technical experience
- Demonstrated experience in leading significant transformation projects, inclusive of organizational change management and delivering business outcomes
- GE Leadership Program Graduates will get credit towards relevant work experience, commensurate to the program they have completed
