Job summary

Executive Office of Aging and Independence seeks a strategic leader for the Director of Program Integrity & Risk Management to oversee enterprise risk across AGE programs and oversight activities. The role partners with multiple teams to strengthen governance, data integrity, and performance monitoring across the agency's portfolio.

The Director will establish risk signals beyond traditional monitoring, develop corrective actions, and promote a consistent, enterprise-wide risk management

Qualifications

• Six years of related experience with project/managerial responsibilities.
• Strong ability to design cross-functional processes and ownership.
• Experience handling confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to investigate concerns and develop mitigation strategies.
• Perform targeted high-risk assessments based on key indicators.
• Maintain enterprise risk log with clear ratings, owners, and deadlines.
• Build agency-wide risk oversight tools and processes.
• Strengthen contracts, regulations, and governance to improve oversight.
• Coordinate responses to audits and track actions through resolution.
