Job summary

IsoMetrix, a leading risk and compliance software company, seeks a Head of Professional Services, EMEA to lead regional PS delivery, customer success, and financial performance. You will manage a team of project managers, consultants, and subject-matter experts while driving AI-enabled value delivery across complex enterprise implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required or equivalent in Business/IT/Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years leadership experience in Professional Services, Consulting, Enterprise Software, SaaS, or Technology Services.
• Proven track record leading geographically distributed teams and large-scale customer implementations.
• Strong financial and commercial management including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability.
• Experience driving organizational change and AI-enabled delivery and analytics.
• Experience establishing scalable delivery models and standardized methodologies in a professional services environment.
• Experience in SaaS, ESG, EHS, GRC, Risk Management, or enterprise software is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EMEA Professional Services business, driving customer outcomes and financial performance.
• Oversee a team of Project Managers, Implementation Consultants, Business Analysts, and Technical Experts.
• Develop AI-enabled delivery capabilities and foster executive-level engagement.
• Build scalable delivery models and repeatable implementation methodologies.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Support, and Success teams to align on strategic objectives.
• Act as a senior EHS subject matter leader guiding industry best practices.
