Nodpod seeks a Senior Director of Product Development to own the full lifecycle from concept to manufacturing and launch. This fully remote, full-time leadership role reports to the CEO and requires building a high-performance product team across global partners.

You will set strategy, drive roadmaps, manage budgets and supplier relationships, and ensure products stay on brand and on schedule. Strong project management, textiles/CPG experience, and a track record of shipping multiple launches

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product development for physical consumer products, including leadership experience.
• Experience with textiles, soft goods, or sensory-driven products, preferably in CPG/wellness/sleep categories.
• Proven project/program management experience delivering multiple launches on time and on budget.

Responsabilités

• Define and own Nodpod's multi-year product strategy and annual roadmap.
• Build and present business cases for new products including cost, margin, pricing, and volume.
• Own the product lifecycle from concept to manufacturing and market launch.
• Lead supplier negotiations and manage product development budget and margins.
• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Brand, and Design to ensure brand-aligned products.
