Tenna is seeking a Director of Product to translate our vision into actionable plans that drive execution across product teams. You will manage a global team and work with Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success, and executives to deliver sophisticated B2B SaaS, mobile, and hardware-enabled products.

This is not strategy-only; you will stay connected to execution, use data to inform decisions, and hold teams accountable for high-quality outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years in Product Management with a track record of launching and scaling B2B tech products.
• 2+ years in senior leadership roles leading multiple product teams across regions.
• Experience with web and native mobile apps, SaaS platforms, and hardware-enabled offerings.
• Strong execution discipline, data-driven decision making, and executive communication.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Figma, and similar PM tools.

• Partner with the Executive Team to define a compelling product vision and strategy.
• Translate strategy into roadmaps, priorities, timelines, and executable plans.
• Lead and develop distributed product teams and oversee multi-platform offerings.
