FreeWheel, a Comcast company, is seeking a Senior Director to lead the Exchange & Curation product portfolio and manage the product management team. You will define the vision, drive priorities, and align with Engineering, Commercial and other partners to deliver high-impact ad tech solutions.

You will guide strategic decisions, anticipate industry trends, and drive initiatives that strengthen market position and long-term growth. Travel and flexible schedules may be required.

Competenze

• Experience managing a team of PMs.
• Experience managing multiple product lines in Ad Tech/Media.
• Industry experience - Ad Tech, Media, Programmatic, SSP/DSP, Agency experience, Curation.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, within-budget launches of new services, features, and enhancements.
• Serving as the go-to subject‑matter expert for assigned product lines, guiding strategic decisions.
• Assessing market needs and opportunities for new products through rigorous research and feasibility studies.
• Managing the collection and analysis of market intelligence to inform product line strategies.
• Participating in product lifecycle management, including modifications, cost reductions, and strategic pricing decisions.
• Developing strategic business plans, setting goals, and managing budgets to drive sales and profitability.

• Overseeing product planning and scheduling, aligning with sales forecasts and inventory requirements.
