Job summary

Teradata seeks a Senior Director of Product Strategy, Partnerships & Corporate Development to guide enterprise strategy across a broad portfolio. You will lead partnerships, M&A, and monetization efforts, collaborating with AI Services and cross-functional teams to drive measurable business outcomes.

You will advise senior executives, shape multi-year priorities, and build a high-performing team to execute strategy with rigor and governance.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in product strategy, partnerships, corporate development, or related leadership roles.
• Experience leading enterprise-level product strategy and portfolio decisions with business and investment implications.
• Experience building strategic technology partnerships end-to-end with complex structures and monetization.
• Experience in product-led M&A, including acquisition thesis development and integration planning.
• Track record translating AI capabilities into scalable offers and revenue growth.
• Ability to lead across senior Product, Engineering, Services, Corporate Development, Finance, Legal, Sales, Marketing, Support, and Operations stakeholders.
• Executive communication and presence with C-suite and board-level audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise product strategy across the portfolio, including market analysis and investment theses.
• Establish Build vs Buy vs Partner framework and present recommendations to senior leadership.
• Define product partnerships strategy across OEM, ISV, CSP, white-label, embedded, and strategic relationships.
• Oversee partnership lifecycle from identification to monetization.
• Shape M&A strategy with Corporate Development and Product leaders, including diligence and integration planning.
• Coordinate AI product monetization with AI Services, Product Management, and Sales.
• Ensure cross-functional governance, accountability, and executive reporting for the portfolio.
• Lead and develop a high-performing strategy/partnership team.
