Job summary

Relias seeks a Director of Product Marketing to lead a team focused on product and revenue expansion across the Relias portfolio. You will drive ICP strategy, pricing, messaging, and go-to-market execution in collaboration with product management to ensure strong product-market fit.

The role requires cross-functional leadership, data-driven decision making, and the ability to influence at all levels. It offers a hybrid work environment with ~40 days on-site in Morrisville, NC.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product marketing or related experience.
• 5+ years of leading a product marketing team.
• Commercial GTM results delivered leading at a B2B SaaS portfolio company.
• Knowledge of B2B SaaS product marketing and portfolio strategy.
• Demonstrated ability to define ICPs, market segments, and differentiated positioning and messaging.

Responsibilities

• Lead team of product marketers who understand customer requirements, validate willingness to pay, and formulate GTM strategies and executing launch plans and sales plays.
• Drive performance accountability and successful upskilling where needed.
• Foster culture of continuous learning and professional development.
• Lead healthy debate on whether a product idea is ready to advance to build stages.
• Other duties assigned as a marketing department senior leader.
