Job summary

Teradata seeks a senior product leader to define and accelerate our product-led growth strategy powered by AI. You will craft intuitive experiences that drive acquisition, activation, adoption, expansion, and retention, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive self-service and assisted experiences across the customer lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS, Engineering, Business, Design, Data Science, or related field.
• 12+ years of product management experience, including leadership of growth, AI, platform, or enterprise software.
• Proven success building 0-to-1 products from discovery and validation through launch, adoption, and growth.
• Deep subject-matter expertise in agentic AI, including AI agents, orchestration, tool use, memory, reasoning, evaluation, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop design.
• Proven ability to create product-led growth strategies and growth loops across acquisition, activation, engagement, conversion, expansion, and retention.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead Teradata's product-led growth strategy across the customer lifecycle.
• Own the 0-to-1 development of new product experiences from discovery to scale.
• Establish clear growth loops, reduce time to value, and improve end-to-end journeys.
• Collaborate across product, engineering, design, data science, marketing, sales, and customer success.
