Job summary

Teradata is seeking a senior product leader to define and drive the product-led growth strategy, creating AI-powered experiences that accelerate customer acquisition, activation, adoption, expansion, and retention.

You will own the 0-to-1 development of new product experiences, establish growth loops, and align product telemetry with go-to-market execution to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of product management experience including leadership of product-led growth, AI, platform, or enterprise software.
• Deep expertise in agentic AI, including AI agents, orchestration, tool use, memory, reasoning, evaluation, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop design.
• Proven ability to craft product-led growth strategies and growth loops across acquisition, activation, engagement, conversion, expansion, and retention.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead Teradata’s product-led growth strategy with AI-powered experiences.
• Own the 0-to-1 development of new product experiences from discovery through launch and scale.
• Establish growth loops, reduce time to value, and use telemetry and insights to improve the end-to-end journey.
• Partner with a cross-functional team across product, engineering, design, data science, marketing, sales, and customer success.
