Job summary

Teradata is seeking a senior leader to define and drive product-led growth for its AI-powered platform. You will own end-to-end development of new experiences, partnering with product, engineering, design, data science, and marketing to accelerate adoption and retention.

The role reports to the SVP of Product Management and requires a track record of 12+ years in product management, executive communication, and building scalable 0-to-1 products.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of product management experience including leadership of product-led growth and AI.
• Strong ability to translate AI capabilities into customer value propositions.
• Experience with experimentation, telemetry, funnel analysis, and outcome-based roadmap prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead Teradata's product-led growth strategy and customer journeys.
• Own 0-to-1 development of new product experiences from discovery to launch, adoption and scale.
• Establish growth loops, measure time to value and metrics across activation, engagement, and retention.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, design, data science, marketing, sales, and customer success.
