Job summary

Teradata is seeking a senior product leader to define and drive product-led growth, crafting AI-powered experiences that accelerate acquisition, activation, adoption, expansion, and retention. You will own 0-to-1 development from discovery through launch, using telemetry and customer insight to improve the end-to-end journey.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of product management experience with leadership in product-led growth, AI, platform, or enterprise software products.
• Deep subject-matter expertise in agentic AI, including AI agents, orchestration, tool use, memory, reasoning, evaluation, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop design.
• Proven ability to craft product-led growth strategies and growth loops across acquisition, activation, engagement, conversion, expansion, and retention.
• Exceptional executive communication and influence, with a track record of aligning product, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success leaders.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead Teradata’s product-led growth strategy and scalable experiences that accelerate customer acquisition, activation, adoption, expansion and retention.
• Own the 0-to-1 development of new product experiences from discovery and hypothesis formation through rapid experimentation, launch, and scale.
• Establish clear growth loops, reduce time to value, and use product telemetry and customer insight to improve the end-to-end journey.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, design, data science, growth marketing, sales, customer success, and platform teams to deliver cohesive experiences across the lifecycle.
