PODS is seeking a Director of Pricing Strategy & Revenue Science to elevate pricing from manual rules to a data-driven function. You will lead models forecasting demand, price sensitivity, and revenue performance, and design experiments balancing conversion, margin and utilization across customer interactions.

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years in data science, pricing analytics, or revenue management.
• 8+ years of experience with at least 3 years leading data scientists or analysts.

• Lead pricing strategy and revenue science initiatives.
• Design pricing experiments and business experiments; build demand and revenue forecasts.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to productionize models and decision systems.
