Job summary

Legends Global is seeking aSenior Director, Ticket Sales and Service to drive revenue generation for the University of Florida’s Ben Hill Griffin Stadium transformation project. You will partner with Florida Athletics leadership, lead a cross-functional team, and deliver best-in-class ticketing experiences over a multi-year renovation.

You’ll oversee premium sales execution, coach and scale a high-performing team, develop campaigns, and ensure compliance with regulations while maintaining

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years' management experience leading high-volume sales teams.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Resourceful with an entrepreneurial spirit and partnership mindset.
• Expertise in financial analysis, planning, budgeting and deal structuring.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies to maximize revenue for the University of Florida athletics.
• Oversee premium sales team recruiting, onboarding, and training.
• Lead outbound sales efforts and new business client meetings.
• Analyze sales data to plan future campaigns and identify new leads.
• Create dashboards and CRM reports to track performance and productivity.
• Maintain and grow relationships with customers and stakeholders.
