Qualifications

• 8+ years in managing high-volume sales teams.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proven leadership in coaching, mentoring, hiring, training, and performance management.
• Entrepreneurial, partner-focused mindset.
• Financial analysis, planning, budgeting and deal structuring.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work traditional and non-traditional hours.
• CRM and ticketing system knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute revenue strategies for University of Florida athletics.
• Lead premium sales team and onboarding in partnership with HR.
• Coach and mentor sales staff to improve performance.
• Create dashboards and CRM reports to track performance.
• Manage budget and business plan for the project.
• Solicit new business and lead sales events and prospecting.
• Maintain relationships with customers and promote the Legends brand.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and Legends policies.
