Job summary

Oklo seeks a Senior Director of Power Origination in the United States to lead power offtake, develop a high-value pipeline, and negotiate long-term PPAs for Aurora powerhouse projects. You will work with Legal, Finance, and Market Analytics to structure bankable arrangements and drive strategic customer partnerships.

The role requires a seasoned energy commercialization professional capable of engaging at C-suite levels and translating nuclear technology into commercial value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in power origination or energy sales with a track record closing long-term PPAs.
• Experience selling to AI datacenters, hyperscalers, utilities, or federal buyers.
• Deep familiarity with PPA structures and bankability requirements for project-financed assets.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to engage C-suite and VP-level executives.
• Ability to translate complex nuclear technology into clear commercial value propositions.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiation of long-term PPAs, tolling agreements, and energy contracts for Aurora powerhouse projects.
• Develop and execute origination strategy and manage a structured CRM pipeline with the BD team.
• Build and sustain executive relationships with power procurement leads at priority customers.
• Coordinate with Legal and Finance to ensure bankable structures and regulatory alignment.
• Track utility offtake landscapes and prepare customer-facing materials and RFP responses.
