Job summary

Oklo Inc. in Santa Clara, CA seeks a Senior Director of Power Origination to lead power offtake for Aurora powerhouse projects.

You will build and manage the customer pipeline, identify and negotiate PPAs with AI datacenters, hyperscalers, utilities, and federal buyers, and coordinate with Legal and Finance to ensure bankable contracts. The role requires deep market knowledge, executive relationship skills, and the ability to translate complex nuclear technology into commercial value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in power origination or energy sales with closed long-term PPAs.
• Experience selling to AI datacenters, hyperscalers, IOUs, or federal agencies.
• Deep knowledge of PPA structures and bankability for project-financed assets.
• Strong negotiation skills with C-suite/VP level and ability to translate nuclear tech into commercial value.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage customer pipeline from outreach to signed PPA.
• Lead negotiation of long-term PPAs, tolling agreements, and energy services contracts.
• Coordinate with Legal to finalize PPA templates and terms.
• Build relationships with utility offtakers and senior procurement leads.
• Create pitch decks, term sheets, RFP responses, and technical briefings.
• Track and analyze competitive landscape and market pricing.
