Job summary

ICANN seeks a Senior Director, Policy Development - ccNSO Relations to lead strategic engagement with the ccNSO from Brussels or remote. This executive role oversees a global team and cross‑functional programs aligning policy development with ICANN's mission.

Qualifications

  • Minimum twelve (12) years of international policy development experience.
  • At least five (5) years of management experience.
  • International experience is required.
  • Bachelor's degree is required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as chief liaison to the ccNSO leadership and ccNSO chair.
  • Facilitate policy agenda setting, strategy, and work plan execution.
  • Mediate and drive collaboration among diverse stakeholders to achieve consensus.
  • Provide executive briefings to ICANN Board, CEO, and senior management.
  • Direct and manage a small, global team of staff.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to advance ICANN's policy development and community engagement.
