Job summary

Fitch Solutions, part of Fitch Group owned by Hearst, is seeking a Senior Director, Product Owner for its Chicago Office. You will lead a portfolio of platform capabilities, shaping product vision, roadmaps and stakeholder alignment to drive scalable, data‑driven solutions.

You will build cross‑functional teams and govern product delivery across engineering, data, AI and design, measuring adoption, ROI and impact on clients and business units.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product ownership or product management with leadership responsibility
• Strong data background across financial data domains
• Experience delivering enterprise platforms across multiple business units
• Practical experience applying AI/advanced analytics to products
• Leadership in matrixed organizations with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Set vision, strategy and multi-year roadmap for a portfolio of platform capabilities
• Own portfolio prioritization and product backlogs across engineering, data, AI, and design
• Translate goals into outcomes, epics and delivery plans with executives and stakeholders
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality, reusable platform solutions
• Define success measures and oversee product performance, adoption and ROI
