Job summary

Fitch Solutions seeks a Director, Product Manager for the Fitch Ratings PRO platform and APIs, based in New York. You will own product discovery, define requirements (PRDs, epics, user stories) and drive end-to-end delivery with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design and Customer Success.

You will monitor KPIs (adoption, retention, revenue impact, data quality) and guide iteration and release planning, while partnering with global teams to ensure scalable, high-quality data

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management, ideally in financial services, financial information services, or FinTech.

Responsibilities

• Own the product direction for the Fitch Ratings PRO platform and ratings APIs.
• Define OKRs/KPIs and prioritize a roadmap balancing client value, revenue, data quality and feasibility.
• Lead agile delivery including backlog management, sprint planning, and acceptance criteria.
