Kaufman Rossin is seeking a Senior Director of Platform Engineering to lead our IT Platform organization. You will set the strategy for cloud platforms, DevOps, AI applications, and enterprise integrations, while directing a global team in South Florida and Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience across software development, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and platform engineering.
• Deep expertise in Azure and AWS architecture, governance, cost management, DevOps, Kubernetes, and infrastructure as code.
• Experience with AI and machine learning applications, including large language models and responsible AI.
• Familiarity with document management, enterprise integration, and regulated professional services environments (CPA/financial services)

Responsibilities

• Define the technical roadmap for cloud platforms, DevOps, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, and AI toolchains.
• Build, develop, and retain a high performing global engineering team across South Florida and Bengaluru.
• Manage the Platform Engineering budget, including headcount, cloud costs, tools, and vendor contracts.
• Lead transformational initiatives while fostering professional development, accountability, and strong performance of AI applications.
• Establish AI use case roadmap, governance, and Azure AI application development with client-focused solutions.
• Oversee Salesforce CRM, Azure/AWS cloud infrastructure, automation, and M Files document management integration.
