• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 10+ years of infra engineering experience.
• 5+ years in leadership overseeing infrastructure and engineering teams.
• Deep expertise in data centers, cloud platforms, virtualization, and DR.
• Experience guiding large-scale modernization and transformations.
• Strong networking, compute, storage, and cloud architecture knowledge.
• Proven ability to manage large operating and capital budgets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise platform engineering roadmap and infrastructure strategy.
• Lead design, management, and modernization of data centers, cloud and hybrid infra.
• Oversee Windows, Linux, virtualization, compute, storage, backup, and platform ops.
• Drive IaC adoption and platform standardization, automation, and cost efficiency.
• Establish DR, business continuity, and resiliency for mission-critical systems.
• Partner with Cybersecurity, EA, App Dev, Data & Analytics, and Ops teams.
• Optimize performance and reliability while controlling costs.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and multimillion-dollar budgets.
• Lead and develop high-performing engineering teams with a culture of innovation.
