Responsibilities

• Directs and controls activities of departments including purchasing, planning, production, distribution, facilities, and asset management.
• Develops and monitors departmental budgets and performance metrics.
• Drives continuous improvements in processes and production efficiency.
• Allocates resources and monitors costs to meet department goals.
• Interfaces with customers and other departments to improve quality and on-time delivery.
