Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the Foundation's planned giving program, including marketing, advisor engagement, donor stewardship and internal training.
• Identify, qualify, cultivate, solicit, and steward major donors to Lee Health.
• Manage a portfolio of 125–150 prospects and donors with face-to-face visits and dollar goals.
• Collaborate with senior hospital leadership, physicians, board members, volunteers, and professional advisors to solicit gifts of $25,000+.
