Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 12+ years in pipeline/energy construction environments.
• Experience leading large, complex projects and multiple teams.
• Ability to travel regularly to project sites and client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for planning, execution, and delivery of multiple pipeline and energy infrastructure projects, ensuring safety, schedule, quality, productivity, and cost targets.
• Maintain accountability for project and portfolio financial performance including budgets, forecasting, cost controls, change management and risk.
• Monitor project performance and implement timely corrective actions for emerging risks.
• Lead and develop Project Managers and leadership teams with clear accountability for results.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align resources and support successful execution.
• Build strong client relationships and serve as senior escalation point for critical matters.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide input on execution strategy, constructability, staffing, and risk during preconstruction and estimating.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and controls across the organization.
