Job summary

Compass Health Center seeks a Senior Director to provide clinical, quality, and operational leadership for PHP/IOP programs. Reporting to the Executive Director, you will guide daily operations, strategic initiatives, and budget management while upholding high standards of care and compliance.

You will collaborate with admissions, psychiatry, nursing, HR, and other leaders to achieve site goals and drive continuous improvement, staff development, and patient access to care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in healthcare administration or related field.
• Licensed clinician or advanced healthcare leadership credentials preferred.
• Experience leading behavioral health programs (PHP/IOP) and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations including staffing, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across programs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with HIPAA, Joint Commission, and state rules.
• Lead quality assurance and patient outcomes initiatives.
• Manage finances, census targets, and resource optimization.
• Foster patient experience and community partnerships.
