Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Pharmacokinetics, Pharmaceutics, or related field with 12+ years of clinical pharmacology/leadership experience.
• Advanced knowledge of PK/PD, including NCA and PopPK modeling, and drug development trends.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with regulatory interactions and global drug development programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, scientific, and operational leadership across PK/PD, biostatistics, and programming.
• Oversee quality, regulatory readiness, and timely delivery of analyses and reports.
• Lead resource planning, budgeting, and portfolio alignment across teams.
• Serve as senior scientific consultant for complex client engagements and development plans.
