Job summary

Exegistics Resource Solutions is seeking a Director of Fulfillment to lead and scale our client’s pharmaceutical supply chain operations in a highly regulated environment. You will oversee fulfillment, warehousing, inventory, logistics and distribution, driving efficiency, accuracy, and compliance while building high-performing teams.

The role requires hands-on leadership with 10+ years in fulfillment and 5+ years in pharma, strong GMP/GDP knowledge, and a track record of strategic, KPI-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; master's preferred.
• 10+ years in fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• 5+ years in leadership within pharma/biopharma.
• Experience in regulated environments (GMP/GDP).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional skills.
• Proven ability to drive improvements using KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day fulfillment, warehousing, logistics, and distribution operations
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately, on time
• Develop, implement, and improve SOPs
• Monitor KPIs and supply chain metrics for improvement
• Partner with suppliers, manufacturers, logistics providers, and internal teams
• Ensure GMP and GDP compliance
• Lead and develop warehouse teams
• Develop long-term fulfillment and supply chain strategies
• Evaluate technology and systems for process improvements
