Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Director of Supply Chain in Vacaville, CA to provide executive leadership across planning, scheduling, and logistics for a pharmaceutical/biotech leader. You will drive end-to-end supply plans, S&OP governance, KPI oversight, and team development to improve asset utilization and reduce risk.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in a related field and 10+ years in manufacturing supply chain, with pharma/CDMO exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Pharmaceutical or CDMO experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for KPI establishment and continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills to align site priorities with network objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply planning cycles for manufacturing assets to optimize customer service and production performance.
• Develop and maintain supply plans and master production schedules to support business objectives.
• Create scenarios to maximize asset utilization and mitigate operational risks.
• Lead the monthly supply review and S&OP process, providing visibility to forecasts and required business decisions.
• Monitor supply chain performance through KPIs, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
• Champion supply chain transformation efforts by enhancing processes and governance.
• Lead and develop the supply planning and scheduling team, fostering accountability and engagement.
