Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in consumer lending or portfolio management.
• Experience managing distributed or international teams, including teams in Israel is a plus.
• Strong commercial and analytical acumen in portfolio strategies and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Perform, review, and own deep quantitative analysis of the Personal Loans portfolio to drive profitable growth across the lifecycle.
• Lead risk-based pricing frameworks and unit economics to maximize margins.
• Build and mentor a global analytics team across NYC and Tel Aviv.
• Collaborate with Risk, Product, Capital Markets, and Engineering to align strategies and uncover new revenue.
